  • 50 gm Green Peas
    50 gm Khoya; roasted
    150 gm Paneer; cubed
    60 gm Tomato puree
    80 ml Milk
    30 gm Ghee
    30 gm Ginger
    20 gm Red Chili powder
    20 gm Cumin seed
    30 gm Coriander powder
    30 gm Cumin powder
    10 pcs of Cashew nuts
    10 pcs of Raisins
    10 gm Bay leaves
    5 gm Cloves
    5 gm Peppercorns
    1 small stick of Cinnamon


· Lightly roast the whole spices in a kadhai. Cool and grind the spices to a fine powder and keep aside· Heat ghee in a pan, add cashew nuts, cumin, ginger and tomato puree. Cover the pan and cook for a few minutes· Add Khoya and sauté till well blended· Add peas, water and milk. Mix well, cover and cook for 4-5 mins.· Now add coriander, cumin powder, red chili powder, raisins and salt, cook for 2 mins.· Finally add paneer cubes. Mix well and cook for two minutes· Serve hot with your choice of Indian bread
