  • 500g cabbage leaves
  • 3 green chilies
  • 1 small onion; finely chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 125 ml thick coconut milk
  • 2 sprigs curry leaves
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • salt to taste

Wash and cut the cabbage into big pieces. Mix cabbage with all the spices in a bowl. Stir fry cabbage in very hot, until cabbage is still crisp little moist. Add coconut milk, bring to a boil and simmer for a few minutes. Serve hot with steamed white rice.
